Hello and Welcome to AutoCare Centre for Car Servicing Mot Testing and General Repairs in Leeds.Over 30 years in the Car Servicing business has taught me that in order to be successful, there are a few key elements you must excel at, if you want customers to keep returning and also refer others to you as well. It is a well known fact that our trade has a poor reputation for the way it treats its customers. We have always looked to capitalise on this by demonstrating very clearly that we operate in exactly the opposite way. We have built our business on being honest and genuine with customers and in fulfilling the promises we make. Our customers appreciate this and we enjoy a very high level of repeat business, we have found loyalty truly does work both ways. It is without doubt the greatest compliment to any business is a customer that comes back and also tells their friends and colleagues how good you are. I'm extremely proud of the fact that an incredible 75% of our business comes from repeat customers and referrals. We don’t want to make you a customer for a day; we want to make you a customer for life. At AutoCare Centre, we know we must compete with other car servicing companies and that the quality of our work must be exceptional. Equally important to us is our relationship with customers. We take the time to know each one individually and communicate on a personal level. Don't just be a "number" at your local Dealer make the switch to Respect, Courtesy, Personalised Service, and an attention to detail that we feel is beyond compare in our industry. We strive at every opportunity to separate ourselves from the other car servicing companies in Leeds and the surrounding areas. Each person has a job to do and does it well automatically. The technician working on your car will welcome any questions or input you may have and our service reception will keep you advised on the progress of your vehicle. The Right to Repair Campaign has been created by the independent automotive aftermarket in response to potential changes in legislation in Europe that could drive all repair work into the vehicle manufacturers franchised dealerships. Block Exemption Regulations (BER) were introduced to give the consumer the freedom to choose where he/she had his car maintained without negating manufacturer’s warranties so long as original parts or parts of matching quality had been fitted by the repairer. To enable repairs to be made, the vehicle assembler under BER should make technical information freely available to the independent market. With the exception of the Vehicle Assemblers and their dealerships it is in everyone’s interest to ensure that R2RC succeeds in its aim – to ensure that the consumers right to chose where they have their vehicle repaired is protected and to ensure that the repair arena remains a competitive one. The hourly rate of the independent garage is half that of the franchised dealers (source GIPA UK ltd Operation Rate Trends March 2007). The cost to the consumer of repairs could double! |
